Customers can now order the new top top-of-the range TT Coupé and Roadster models with six-cylinder engine and completely new transmission technology. The combination of the high-torque 3.2-litre engine with 184 kW / 250 bhp and innovative sports gearbox emphasises the dynamic drive qualities of the four-wheel-drive TT in a unique way. In Germany, the Coupé costs €41,200 and the Roadster €44,000. The first Coupé models will be delivered at the beginning of August. The TT Roadster 3.2 quattro will follow in September.

Arthur Dent

250 is not impressive for a 3.2 engine.
Is VW marketing... begin with the lowest hp possible, then go up through the years. Some morons bought the 115 GTI, then one year later the 150hp Turbo came out, they sold and bought the 150hp, then 2 years the ''SPECIAL'' 180hp edition came out.
When a chip and some intercooler mods can achieve that

Hey, now it can still be slower and now even more overpriced than the competition.

Maybe they can sell even less of them?

I'm just guessing, but would the TT be the lowest selling member of the group of luxury performance cars under $50k?

Horus
oh no, it's sold enough among the Neiman Marcus and Saks hoppers to make Audi happy..
