View Thread: Holden Cruze AWD

This is the smallest Holden you can buy. The Holden Cruze is a 1.5 litre, AWD, 5 dr Hatchback and was designed with Suzuki. In Japan, the Cruze is called the Chevrolet Cruze, while Suzuki also has a version called the Suzuki Ignis. But, thankfully the GM version looks so much better than Suzuki's!!!

While GM's version of the Suzuki Ignis, the Holden/Chevrolet Cruze, has been a sales success, Suzuki's version has been a sales disaster!! So much so, that now Suzuki is using the Holden/Chevrolet Cruze design, as an update for it's Ignis!! Subaru is also believed to be looking at the Cruze, as is Vauxhall in the UK, to replace the Opel/Vauxhall Agila, a vehicle itself that is a re-badged Suzuki Wagon R+!!

No wonder Suzuki wanted the GM version!!

Another Suzuki used by GM, the Opel/Vauxhall Aglia, is also a Suzuki Wagon R+. But, this time Suzuki's version sells a lot better than the GM version. The Opel/Vauxhall Aglia may get replaced by the Holden/Chevrolet Cruze in the new year.

Not much difference compared to the GM version!!

Yep, just as I as suspected!! Subaru has just released a new Justy and it's a rebadged Holden/Chevrolet Cruze, just what Suzuki has done with it's Ignis. I guess there are all part of the GM family anyway, so why not??
