This would make for a nice wolf in sheep's clothing sleeper. A 2.8L V6 Chevette. Make mine a five speed / 2 door Scooter.

Further, I don't know why it continually suprises me people tune anything. That 2.8 is considered on of GM's worst ever. Why even play with it - toss it.

I had a project Firebird in CO - that started with a 60,000 good running 2.8 V6. I threw that thing in the trash. It's all sound and no grunt. I placed a 350 w/ vortec heads in the 'brid for a worthy upgrade. Too bad I had to move back to CA, left the car with my brother.

I agree, we had a V6 Camaro once (50$ toy) and the 2.8 even after good maitenance(sp) was still junky white trash mobile. It's now at the bottom of the lake. (long story)
